Post-operative treatments require clearance from your surgeon before your first session. You are responsible for telling us about pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and any other relevant health information, so that we can adapt a treatment or decline to perform it where it would not be safe.
Appointment policies
- Appointments are booked through our scheduling platform and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
- Please arrive about 10 minutes before your appointment so we can complete intake without shortening your session.
- Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, as the following guest's appointment cannot be delayed.
- Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show terms are provided to you at the time of booking and apply to your appointment.
- Packages and memberships are personal, and their terms and validity period are confirmed with our team when you start.
- We may decline or stop a treatment where performing it would not be safe or appropriate.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS messaging program. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rio Cali Beauty Spa, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
SMS terms
Customers who opt in agree to receive SMS messages related to appointments, customer support, follow-ups and review requests from Rio Cali Beauty Spa.
